I asked to self exclude on 4 separate occasions and each time a ‘VIP’ manager contacted me to offer cash rewards and asked me to ‘hold on a little longer and not make any final decisions’. The customer support team are the most useless and unhelpful team I’ve ever had to deal with and are now ignoring my emails. I’ve asked to make a formal complaint but the complaints email they have supplied does not work! Avoid this casino at all costs, looks at reviews on reputable sites like casino.guru to understand why!
